STUART PEAKE MEMORIAL
CANCER RESEARCH TRUST
The Stuart Peake Memorial Cancer Research Trust was established in 2003 in memory of the late Stuart Peake, the founding principal of the Bowen Poll Hereford and Angus Studs.
The Late Stuart Peake fought a long battle against the cancer Non Hodgkins Lymphoma.
The main objective of the trust is to donate the income generated by the trust investments to the cause of cancer research.
Since 2003 the trust has donated approximately $54,000 to cancer research and the trustees intend to continue donating to cancer research not only for Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma but all forms of this disease for years to come.

RUBY MAE’S WISH
Ruby Mae’s Wish is a charity that has been created by (Nick & Kim Peake – Ruby’s parents) after her unexpected passing in April 2022 (forever 4).
The charity has been established as a way for Ruby’s spirit to live on through helping Children’s Hospitals by Funding education to purchasing essential and often life-saving medical equipment for sick and injured kids that visit Paediatric Wards, Neonatal Units, Maternity and emergency departments in hospitals across Australia.
We are motivated to honour our beautiful daughter’s memory through Ruby Mae’s Wish by giving back to the health care system that tried everything they could to help Ruby when it was needed the most. It is important to us to help other children and families that might find themselves in hospital for whatever the reasons.
We aim to help create awareness around the resources that are and can be available to regional and remote areas, as we have seen firsthand what donated equipment, education and resources means to the doctors and nurses treating the children and also what that can mean for the children and their families.
As Ruby always told everyone that she wanted to be a doctor (or a mermaid), the direction of the charity was an easy choice to help keep Ruby’s dreams live on. Whether you live in the country or the city every life matters and with your support (no matter big or small – every bit counts) we will work towards continuing to provide equipment, education and resources to help sick kids.

Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service
Proudly here for the people of Northern NSW
Since 1975 ‘community’ has been at the heart of our Service, it’s why we’ve long been proudly known as the “Community’s Own” Westpac Rescue Helicopter.
For over 45 years, thanks to the generosity and support from people right across Northern NSW, the Westpac Rescue Helicopter has grown to become a vital 24-7 aeromedical operation. Community fundraising and strong partnerships has always been integral to ensuring the quality, reliability and sustainability of our operations continue. Every life we save and every person we assist, provides a reminder of the critical role we play in our community.
Our Service flies four Rescue Helicopters from three bases at Belmont, Tamworth and Lismore, providing emergency aeromedical services to 1.5 million people across Northern NSW. With an experienced operational team ready to respond 24-7, our Service is an integral link in the NSW emergency care chain. Tasked by NSW Ambulance from Triple Zero (000) calls, our crews draw upon extensive experience and training to respond to missions for those who are injured or requiring urgent specialist care.
From flights for babies who are just minutes old, to people requiring medical treatment or trauma assistance, search and rescues, to winch extractions from tough terrain or inaccessible areas. We are proud to be here for our community.
